Max Rusike-Griffith

Director, Workforce Partnerships

As Director of Workforce Partnerships, Max Rusike-Griffith strengthens Linked Learning Alliance partnerships with employers and workforce development organizations to advance high-quality college and career pathways in California. He analyzes labor market information, identifies employer and workforce opportunities, and helps create tools and resources that facilitate high-quality work-based learning and partnerships between employers and educators.

An experienced program director with a history of working in the nonprofit management industry, Max is skilled in project management, data analytics, youth development, academic advising, and educational technology.

Prior to joining the Alliance, Max provided program support for 50+ schools, districts, and nonprofits serving 4,000 students across 13 states in the western U.S. as program director of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship. He has held a number of leadership positions in education-focused nonprofits in California and New York. His career began in teaching and student advocacy.

Max earned a Master of Public Affairs degree in nonprofit management from University of Missouri-Columbia. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
