Dan Storz is Vice President of Pathways Implementation at the Linked Learning Alliance. Dan is a career educator who began teaching middle school math and social studies, and designing interdisciplinary middle school projects. He built the school’s first networked computer lab, implemented a technology-integrated curriculum, and provided training for SFUSD teachers. He deepened his experience in interdisciplinary curriculum planning and project-based learning as lead teacher at an Envision school in San Francisco. As a K–8 school principal, Dan lead the effort to build one of the first blended learning programs in the bay area. He has served on multiple school and program evaluation teams and is a strong believer in public education, having graduated from local public schools in California’s Central Valley, U.C. Berkeley (B.A. Political Science), and San Francisco State University (M.Ed.). Prior to working in education, Dan served on the legislative staff of Senator Barbara Mikulski in Washington D.C.
